Joining the Rugby Fobcast Crew this week, we have Wallaby Wycliff Palu & Australian Netball Superstar Mo’onia Gerrard.
They help out Sione, Pepe & the rest of the Rugby Fobcast crew, recap week 4 of the Super 14 as well help us out with this weeks Solid or Shit tips of the week.
Mo’onia & Cliffy relive back yard footy games, as well as Sione making up a new solid nick name for Cliffy, while the rest of the crew fall love with our new beautiful polynesian Princess Mo’onia.

Send me a shout next week please!!!! Another great show, looking forward to seeing Wycliff Punish those Force bastards. BTW I think I love Mo’onia Gerrard (shes too hot to be Mark Gerrards sister), she sounded so hot, shes got the sexiest voice & i guess I’ll have to start watching the netball, cause she is so hot. Plus ur guys tips suck I agree with Mo’onia go the sharks over the Crusaders.

Its about time you boys got a girl on board, Mo’onia seem to be the only one that had any idea about this weeks games. Wycliff is my favorite Waratah ever since Matt Burke was released so please have him on again & let him talk more Sione

Thanks for the shout out last week guys. Yeah I also agree guys it was great having a girl on the show, I didn’t know that Mo’onia & mark Gerrard where brother & sister.
She really was great on the show, as for cliffy he is such an amazing talent, great that you get all the good waratah players on

Being a Kiwi here in the U.S its a little hard to find NZ rugby goss, but since I’ve found The Rugby Fobcast its been all sweet, could you send a shout out to my whanau in Taupo Mc Douglas Clan.
So love the show guys, yeah it was good havin a girl on the show, yeah I love my netball & my silver ferns, but didn’t know that Mo’onia was Mark Gerrards sister(Go my Silver Ferns)
Also the nw look of the site is awesome
